Resort hours are 6:30am to 6:30pm Monday through Friday, and 8:00am-5:00pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Extended Care is available to all camp dogs from closing until 10pm. Please advise the front desk if you wish to utlize this service. Upon pick up, you will call 909-712-6718 when you arrive and your dog will brought to the front door. Dinner is included (you may bring your own, or we will provide it).

Your dog must have current Rabies, DA2PP (Distemper), and Bordetella vaccines. Proof of these vaccines must be uploaded into your Gingr profile prior to your reservation being accepted.

Currently, Happy Dog Resort is not requiring dogs to be vaccinated with the canine influenza vaccine. We do, however, encourage you to talk to your veterinarian about canine influenza and if it is appropriate depending on your dog’s lifestyle.

Puppies must be 12 weeks of age or older and must have had at minimum Rabies, DA2PP (2 rounds) and Bordetella.
First, you will need to register your dog(s) on our portal. You may do this at on our homepage by clicking “Reserve a Spot” and filling out your and your dog’s information. If you need help doing this, please call 909-601-4343 for assistance–We’d be glad to help! Once your dog has a profile, you may request reservations on lodging, for camp, grooming, or for training all on that portal, day or night! Phone call reservations for any service are always welcomed and we are here for you!
Come “Meet the Pack!” Happy Dog encourages you to tour our facility prior to your dog coming in for any service. Stop in before 3pm; no appointment required! We ask that you please leave your dog at home for this.

All pets get their own spacious, climate-controlled suite. Pets from the same family can board together in the same suite, with the exception of unaltered male and female siblings. Each pet receives complimentary daily Day Camp with their boarding fee (evaluation prior to lodging required). If your dog prefers solo play, or not eligible for Camp, he/she will have one-on-one private playtimes

For the benefit of your pet, Happy Dog Resort recommends that you bring their own food pre-bagged per serving, per day to maintain your pet’s normal diet. We can accommodate refrigeration need as well. This helps prevent upset stomachs from sudden food changes. However, we provide Taiga Dog Food, a pork-based kibble high in probiotics, as our premium house food at no additional cost.

We provide all guests with a plush orthopedic mattress or cots. You are are welcome to bring your own bedding, blanket, toys or something else that smells like home. Please write your dog’s name on them in permanent marker in the event they need to be laundered.
The youngest age Happy Dog Resort will accept is a 12-week-old puppy. Your pet must be up-to-date on all vaccinations and have had at least their second set of vaccinations: Rabies, DAPP (2 rounds) and Bordetella.
Your dog will eat, sleep and relax in a private and spacious suite, and participate in Camp or Solo Play. Your dog will be very active during his/her stay with us and it is not uncommon for dogs to sleep more than normal after their vacation at Happy Dog Resort.

Yes, same family pets may stay together.

We ensure all of our lodging guests receive multiple potty breaks. All lodging guests are taken outside starting at sunrise, three times during the day, and before bedtime. They also have unlimited use of the artificial turf during Day Camp, which is cleaned and sanitized thoroughly throughout the day and in the evening.
As pet lovers ourselves, we know how hard it is for you to leave your pet behind when you travel. We value your trust in us and if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will send photos throughout your pet’s stay on the daily Report Card. Of course, you are always welcome to call or text via the app “just to check in.”
Yes, Happy Dog Resort offers public webcams in our Camp play yards so you can peek in on your pet’s vacation anytime. Check it out.
No. We evaluate campers on a dog-by-dog basis. If they pass evaluation, they are able to come to Camp! Female dogs in heat cannot participate in Camp. Please understand that play time may be shortened at the discretion of Pack Leaders based on what is deemed safest and best for your dog and the other dogs in Camp.
For the safety of your pet and other guests at Happy Dog Resort, we do not accept pets in heat, pets that have been coughing within the last week, pets that have open wounds or sutures, pets that are recovering from surgery, pets that have contagious diseases, or pets who are human-aggressive. If your pet is elderly or has special needs, please call us so we can discuss those needs and how we can accommodate them.
Remember when you went to camp as a child? The excitement, the planning behind the camping experience, the memories… At Happy Dog, camp is an adventure and fun experience for your dog. Camp is themed, such as Bubble Week, Hawaiian vacation, Fiesta-Fiesta, Water play and Agility week. Your Happy Camper will have rotating entertainment, excitement and new things to do! We will include our camper’s humans along the way through social media, texted photos, and live webcams. You are even invited at some of our Camp events to spend quality time with your pup and meet your dog’s bestie’s humans. Your dog must pass evaluation to become a Camper, please schedule your evaluation meeting on our portal today.

Dogs who do not pass evaluation are deemed non-compatible in shared space with other dogs due to being intact (not spayed or neutered), because of behavioral concerns including dog-aggression, excessive dominance (mounting), or if a dog is fearful around other dogs. It could also be due to mobility or agility issues, especially in senior dogs who may need physical help or special care.

These behaviors and needs are determined as part of a temperament evaluation our guests receive when first coming to Happy Dog Resort. This evaluation lets our team members know what type of play and socialization are best for each guest and ensures the safety of everyone.

Training is a beneficial to curb undesirable actions and help them feel more comfortable around other dogs. If you’ve seen a change in your dog’s behavior or have worked with a trainer to improve their social skills, you’re welcome to speak with one of our Pack Leaders to inquire about having your pet’s temperament reassessed. If you are seeking to remedy a behavioral issue, we will gladly set up a training consultation at no charge.
For the most part, the answer to this is yes. However, we ask that you call in advance to discuss your dog’s needs and accommodation requests. All prescription medications must be presented in the original medication bottle. We do not administer injectable medications.
To reduce the risk of complications post surgery, Happy Dog Resort will not accept any pet with non-dissolvable staples or stitches. Any pets with dissolvable stitches must be at least 2 weeks post operation.
If your plans have changed, we ask that you please give us a courtesy call so we can allow availability for another guest. We will give a refund of your deposit up to 72 hours prior to arrival. After that time frame, your deposit will be applied as resort credit.
At Happy Dog Resort, our mission is to create a safe, clean and fun environment. All suites, floors, bowls, play yards and other surfaces are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between uses and thoroughly cleaned nightly. As a part of our cleaning procedures, we use products that sanitize, kill viruses, bacteria and organic material, all of which are safe for dogs.
We will have a shuttle bus for appointment and Day Camp pick up and drop offs—COMING SOON!
